Jan Westmark - Celebrity News Service Reporter Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Rosie O'Donnell is getting ready for her return to television. No talk show for her this time, however, but instead she will have her own variety show "Rosie Live." The show will air Wednesday, November 26 (at 9/8c, live from New York's Little Shubert Theatre. Red-hot recording artist Ne-Yo, widely recognized for his current hit singles "Miss Independent" and "Closer" and Grammy Award winning Alanis Morissette whose current album is Flavors of Entanglement, will perform on O'Donnell's variety special. Ne-Yo and Morissette are just a few of the many top celebrities scheduled to appear. Others will be announced shortly. O'Donnell will bring back the grand tradition of the variety show format to television, like such iconic series as "The Carol Burnett Show" and "The Ed Sullivan Show," while including brand-new elements for a new generation of fans. The special will feature a topical monologue, musical production numbers and hilarious comedy sketches.
