Jan Westmark - Celebrity News Service Reporter Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - "Private Practice" star Kate Walsh appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" Monday to talk about her show and her "pinup" photo in a new book called Hollywood Pinups. Celebrity News Service enjoyed Walsh's appearance on the show, especially her description of her bachelorette party in Las Vegas in which some of her friends hid under tables when a "troupe" of male dancers appeared in her room. Walsh made it through that experience and told Ellen she recently celebrated her one-year anniversary. Walsh also talked about her appearance in the book Hollywood Pinups, by photographer Timothy White. The book features a variety of female stars including Walsh, Susan Sarandon, Kate Hudson, Mary-Kate Olson and Molly Sims. Proceeds from the book go toward Oxfam American Unwrapped, an organization that helps fight poverty around the world. While on Ellen's show, Walsh also announced that "Private Practice" will get a new time slot in January. It will be on after "Grey's Anatomy." Walsh said, joking with the audience, "Maybe you have heard of it." "Private Practice" airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on ABC.
