Brand, who recently quit his BBC radio show after the on-air prank calls he made roused outrage, was unforgettable in his role as Aldous Snow in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" and as this year's VMA host.
This is definitely David Cook's year. The "American Idol" current crown holder not only won the votes of 55 million Americans for the smash hit talent show, he also won judge Simon Cowell's respect after enduring and brushing off his criticisms during the season's duration.
"Beverly Hills Chihuahua" star Angel, the 4-year-old dog who helped make the film reach its multi-million gross, also makes the list.
