Pittsburgh, PA (AHN) - An FBI agent died Wednesday morning after he was shot while he and other federal agents were serving an arrest warrant in an Indiana Township home in Pennsylvania's Allegheny County.

County police filed homicide charges against Christine Korbe, 40, after FBI Special Agent Samuel Hicks, 33, was pronounced dead at the UPMC St. Margaret Hospital. Korbe is the wife of the Robert Korbe, the subject of the arrest order.

Korbe is among 35 suspects accused of cocaine trafficking in the Pittsburgh area. He told reporters that an agent shot Hicks during the arrest, but FBI spokesman Bill Crowley said no law enforcer fired a gun.
