Anne Lu - Celebrity News Service News Writer London, England (CNS) - Michael Jackson is expected to appear in court to face the breach of contract lawsuit that was filed against him by an Arab sheikh after his doctor gave him permission to travel. The 50-year-old troubled singer has been sued by Sheikh Abdulla Bin Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa, who claims that the King of Pop reneged on their agreement to produce an album, stage play, and a tell-all memoir to pay off the estimated $7 million he lent him. Jackson's legal camp originally claimed that he was unfit to travel because of the medical condition that wasn't disclosed to the public. They requested that he would be allowed to appear via video link to give evidence. On Thursday, it was announced that he had been cleared by his medical advisers to travel from the U.S. to London. He is expected in court on Monday.
