Anne Lu - Celebrity News Service News Writer London, England (CNS) - Madonna and estranged husband Guy Ritchie have reportedly reached a settlement in their divorce, that includes sharing custody of their sons. A notice of decree nisi will be posted in the Registry of the Family Division in London within the next 24 hours.. According to the agreement, the 50-year-old pop superstar will be keeping her 300 million pound fortune [approximately $440 million]. Their sons, 8-year-old Rocco, and the adopted three-year-old David, will be shared between their parents' homes in the U.K. and the U.S. Lourdes, 12, Madonna's daughter from a previous relationship, will continue to live with the "Material Girl" in the U.S. Filmmaker Ritchie, 40, although entitled under the law to 50 percent of the wealth they earned during their eight-year marriage, is believed to be taking none of Madonna's fortune. A friend told The Times, "It will all be over by the end of the month. Ritchie has done exactly what Billie Piper did when she divorced Chris Evans. She walked away without any of his money, much to her credit. He has done the same."
