Anne Lu - Celebrity News Service News Writer Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Reality TV personality Sean Stewart and his rock star dad Rod Stewart have settled a complaint filed against them by a man who claimed Sean attacked him in January 2006. Sean, who appeared in the A&E reality show "Sons of Hollywood," was allegedly with his two unnamed companions when they "attacked, assaulted, battered, punched, beat, hit, struck, tortured and imprisoned" plaintiff Daniel Refoua on January 5, 2006 outside the Hollywood nightclub LAX. Sean's famous dad, Rod, and his bodyguard James Davis, were also named as co-defendants. Refoua was seeking unspecified general, special and punitive damages for assault, battery, false imprisonment, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The Stewarts and Refoua have reached a settlement, although the terms of the deal were not disclosed.
