Anne Lu - Celebrity News Service News Writer London, England (CNS) - Sienna Miller has settled a lawsuit she filed against the paparazzi. The "Factory Girl" star accepted approximately $78,500 damages from a photo agency over harassment claims. The 26-year-old actress sued Big Pictures U.K. Limited and its founder Darryn Lyons, claiming their photographers employed "intolerable" campaign in taking her pictures. The agency agreed to pay 37,000 pounds [around $54,750] plus legal costs to the actress, and agreed not to pursue or follow her, or camp outside her home or her family's home. The photo agency may take the actress' pictures if she's in public footpaths or highways, but not if she looks visibly distressed or upset. As part of the agreement, Big Pictures will not republish the "pursuit" photos they took between June and September this year. The case was supposed to go to trial on January 19, but both sides decided to settle on Friday. Just two weeks ago, Miller also won damages amounting to 35,000 pounds or around $50,000 from two tabloids, Sun and News of the World, for the "intrusive articles and photos" they published in June and July.
