New York, NY (CNS) - Controversial photographer Annie Leibovitz has been sued by a stylist for allegedly failing to pay almost $400,000 for her service on a photo shoot with Scarlett Johansson.

Nicoletta Santora has filed a lawsuit in Manhattan against the 59-year-old famed photographer for failing to pay in full for the ad campaign involving celebrities as Disney movie characters.

According to the suit, Leibovitz agreed in advance to Santora's daily rate of $6,000 plus 20 percent agency commission and wages for her assistants. The stylist's company, The Art Department Creative Services, sent a series of bills between July and December last year, charging more than $515,000 for the work.

However, Leibovitz only paid less than $130,000 so far.

Santora's legal camp said that the photographer verbally agreed to pay the balance, but has yet to fulfill that promise.

The ad campaign includes Jessica Biel, Jennifer Lopez, and David Beckham among others.
