Bangkok, Thailand (BANG) - Denmark's Crown Prince Frederik and Princess Mary are on an official visit in Thailand.

The royal couple, who are spending four days in the country to mark the 150th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Denmark and Thailand, are being accompanied by a delegation keen to promote Danish business in the country.

Frederik and Mary have already visited the Danish Lifestyle Exhibition in Central World's Forum Wing, which is exhibiting Danish design pieces.

During the tour of the exhibition in Bangkok, Mary was treated to a performance by a Thai martial arts stick fighter.

The glamorous princess also took in a fashion show at one of the city's biggest department stores while her husband - who has previously made several trips to the country - attended a Thai-Danish business forum at the Bangkok Convention Center.

The couple traveled to Hua Hin, a beach resort in the northern region of the Malay Peninsula, where they met with King Bhumibol at his summer palace Tuesday.

Mary is due to tour around a community medical center - which specializes in diabetes prevention, screening and treatment - in the Pathum Thani Province to mark World Diabetes Day Wednesday. The 36-year-old royal will also visit the Wat Chinna Wararam School where pupils will perform traditional Thai music for her and see fish being fed at a temple.

Frederik and Mary are scheduled to attend a charity dinner at the Ambassador of Denmark's residence tonight. The event is raising funds for the treatment and prevention of diabetes in Thailand.
