Former Playmate Shauna Sand Files Restraining Order Against Abusive Husband

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Former Playboy Playmate Shauna Sand has filed a temporary restraining order against husband Romain Chavent on Monday, alleging that he physically abused her during the weekend.

The 37-year-old model claims that her French husband "hit me in the breasts, which I just had reconstructive surgery." Sand also maintains that Chavent once threatened to sell nude pictures of her children that he took while he babysat them, as per TMZ.

She claims that in March this year, Chavent punched her in the stomach and threw her into a wall. She was granted a restraining order in 2007 when the alleged abuser strangled, punched, and threw her across the room. Sand had the TRO dismissed because "he promised to change."

Sand's TRO will remain effective until the hearing on December 22.
