AHN Staff Islamabad, Pakistan (AHN) - Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari has denied his country's role in the terrorist attack on India last week in reaction to New Delhi's accusations the killers of 188 people in Mumbai were Pakistanis. "The gunmen, whoever they are, they are all stateless actors who are holding hostage the whole world," Zardari told CNN`s Larry King in a televised interview on Tuesday. "The state of Pakistan is a victim. We are the victims of this war, and I am sorry for the Indians, and I feel sorry for them," he said, according to Thenews.com. Zardari said Islamabad is open to a joint investigation of the attack. However, he did not comment on New Delhi's demand for Pakistan to hand over 20 Pakistani militants suspected of plotting the Mumbai attack that also injured more than 300 people.
