Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Real estate tycoon and reality TV star Donald Trump is being sued by a former employee for labor code violations.

Lucy Messerschmidt was a former hostess at the businessman's Trump National Golf Club in Los Angeles, where she claimed she wasn't given 10-minute paid breaks, 30-minute unpaid lunch breaks or even a chance to use the bathroom during her 8-hour shift.

According to the document obtained by TMZ, the 45-year-old ex-employee also claims the company fired her because of her age as the club manager wanted "fresh faces" and "young girls" when Trump comes. She previously complained about her shifts being cut down in favor of the younger girls.

Messerschmidt is seeking $15,000 in lost wages, damages and fees.
