Paris Hilton Tapped To Star As "Tinkerbell"

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Socialite Paris Hilton is said to be in line to appear in a live-action version of "Tinkerbell," after Disney bosses have been impressed by her acting ability in comedy.

According to Page Six, the hotel heiress' online "campaign for presidency" video had caught the attention of the Disney execs. They are now considering her for the title role, in which the thumb-sized fairy finally gets a chance at life as a real girl.

A source tells the website, "Paris has worked on her acting chops lately and showed some comedy prowess in her YouTube spoof of running for president."

"Disney suits saw it and think she may be developing some comedic-actress potential."
