Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Jessica Simpson rushed to the side of her boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, when she found out he was injured.
The singer and actress, who often attends his games, wasn't at the game in which he collapsed.
Romo, 28, was feeling pain from torn cartilage in his ribs, which caused him to collapse.
The torn cartilage popped out of place twice during the game against the Philadelphia Eagles, and again afterward which is what caused him to collapse.
As soon as Simpson heard, she hopped a red eye flight and arrived at 5 am to care for her ailing boyfriend. Romo and Simpson have been since dating November of 2007.
