Rick Salomon Sued For Watching And Conspiring Brutality

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Rick Salomon - the man who is known for being Paris Hilton's partner in their infamous sex tape and Shannen Doherty and Pamela Anderson's ex-husband - is being sued.

In a lawsuit filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Gertrude Harutunian claims that Salomon watched while his roommate, Buddy Segal, physically abused her.

Salomon apparently hosted a party in July at his home, where drugs such as cocaine, meth, pot, and alcohol were "freely given out," as per TMZ.

She claims the drugs and alcohol caused Segal to pull her from a bed by her hair and "strike, hit and throw" her. Segal then dragged her across a room to a shower and threw her inside. Salomon watched the abuse taking place and "conspired with Segal to hurt and injure [her]."

Harutunian is seeking undisclosed damages.
