"Thor" Human Alter Ego Reportedly Appearing In The Film

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - New "Thor" movie tidbit has been revealed. According to IESB, the superhero's mortal alter ego, Donald Blake, will be making an appearance in the film.

Quoting a reliable source, the character has been written into the end of the movie's script, which is set entirely in the land of the Norse Gods.

The website added that the incorporation of the human persona of the hero is essential so that "Thor" can be connected with "The Avengers," "Iron Man," and "The Incredible Hulk" time frame. By introducing the him, Marvel can bring the superhero into a modern time.

In related news, director Kenneth Branagh will also have an acting part in the film.

"Thor" is scheduled to be released in July 2010.
