Linda Young - AHN Editor Annapolis, MD (AHN) - Annapolis, MD police have identified the body of a man found floating in the harbor there and are continuing to investigate his death. Police were called to the Severn Sailing Association where witnesses had seen a body floating in the water. David Talmage Barnes, 49, who was found on Sunday, was a lecturer at Morgan State University, had lived in the area for 15 years and enjoyed sailing, according to reports. He was a bachelor with no family in the area, he has a brother and sister living in other states and his parents teach at Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania, . Barnes was found fully clothed with no signs of foul play. His body was taken to the Office of the Medical Examiner in Baltimore for autopsy and further investigation.
