Condoleezza Rice Will Make First-Ever Appearance On "The View"

New York, NY (CNS) - In her first exclusive post-administration television interview, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will make her first-ever appearance on ABC's Daytime's Emmy Award-winning talk show "The View." Rice will appear on the show Thursday, January 29.

Dr. Rice will discuss the trials and triumphs she faced as Secretary of State, her relationship with former President George W. Bush, the new administration, her future plans, her focus on education in America and how she hopes history and the American people will remember the Bush administration.

Dr. Rice's appearance is part of the show's continuing "Red, White & View" campaign which highlights interviews and informational segments featuring prominent political figures.

"The View" features Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepherd. It's the original forum in which real women discuss everyday issues and share their no-holds-barred opinions and engage in colorful conversations.
