Madonna Suffers Minor Injuries After Falling Off From Horse

Suffolk County, NY (CNS) - Madonna has suffered minor injuries after falling off her horse. The 50-year-old pop superstar is blaming the paparazzi for scaring off her ride during a horseback weekend in the Hamptons.

Madonna was in a horse farm in Bridgehampton and enjoying her Saturday leaping over hurdles when she fell off her horse's saddle just around 4:30 p.m. More than ten people, including boyfriend Jesus Luz, rushed to her side, according to the New York Post.

An ambulance was immediately called to carry her to Southampton Hospital, wherein she walked off on her own a few hours later.

Her camp blames the paparazzi for her fall, saying that the photographers scared off her horse in the hopes of getting her pictures.

Publicist Liz Rosenberg told E! News, "The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer."

She added that the music icon will be undergoing more tests and will continue to be observed by her doctors.

However, the New York Post said that no photographer was near her at the time of the accident. The newspaper has the exclusive photos of Madonna's horseback outing.
