Geldern, Germany (CNS) - Supermodel Heidi Klum is suing an Internet vendor for selling her perfumes cheaply on eBay. The "Project Runway" star wants the unnamed trader to pay $160K for cheapening her brand name.

The 36-year-old catwalk beauty is asking judges in her native Germany to award her 100,000 pounds [around $160,000] compensation from the trader for allegedly devaluing her perfumes on the online auction site.

She claims that the vendor is selling her scents at a discount price without a license.

Klum, who has an empire of clothing, shoes, lingerie and jewelry line, was quoted by the Daily Star as saying, "My perfumes carry my name to show I am fully behind them."

"I created them from A to Z. The scents and design carry my handwriting."

The Geldern-based trader is contesting the lawsuit. He is expected to appear in court on July 14.
