Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Fans who bought tickets to Michael Jackson's "This Is It" London shows can avail of full refund. Promoter AEG Live has announced the procedures on how to obtain a full money-back for the tickets.
AEG says that full refunds, including the service fee charges, will be handed out to those who purchased from authorized resellers, including Ticketmaster, Viagogo, See or Ticketline.
For detailed information on the how-to's of claiming the refund, fans are advised to go to MichaelJacksonLive.com from July 1, Wednesday.
Also, the 50-year-old music legend's fans will have the option to be sent the actual tickets they would have received to attend the shows in London's O2 Arena in lieu of a full refund. The tickets were printed with the special lenticular process, inspired and designed by the King of Pop for his fans attending the shows.
The images of the specially created tickets will be available for viewing on the website. The offer is valid until August 14.
Jackson, who died after suffering cardiac arrest on Thursday, was scheduled for 50 sold-out shows in London. More than $85 million tickets had already been sold.
