The housewife and her family finally moved out of the Arch Beach Heights home on Wednesday after receiving another eviction notice the day before. They apparently owe their landlord more than $12,000 in rent plus other expenses.
The actual homeowner reported the alleged thievery to Laguna Beach Police Department on Friday, telling TMZ that Curtin stole a bookcase, credenza, armoire and a glass shelf, worth around $5,500.
The owner also said that the carpet was trashed, there were holes in the walls, and the travertine tub was damaged.
TMZ also reports that this is not the first time Curtin was evicted from a house. She and her husband of over 18 years, Frank, were kicked out from another place in 2003 after failing to pay $9,104 in rent.
