The 24-year-old Iraq War veteran had stayed at the James A. Haley VA Medical Center in Tampa since August 26, 2007, when the wrestler's son lost control of his Toyota Supra in Clearwater and smashed into a palm tree.
The crash broke parts of Graziano's skull and was left bedridden and unable to communicate or move on his own, while Nick - real name Nicholas Allan Bollea - was left uninjured.
According to St. Petersburg Times, Graziano's family has taken him home. They strapped him into a wheelchair in the back of a minivan, while he stared straight ahead, still unable to make movements.
Nick spent five months in jail for reckless driving. He was released in October. A civil lawsuit was also filed against him and his parents by attorneys for Graziano, seeking millions of dollars to pay for his medical bills.
