Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Miley Cyrus reclaimed the top spot on the iTunes Top 10 after performing the hit on VH1 Divas and kicking off her latest headlining tour. "Party in the U.S.A." remains one of the biggest songs in the U.S.A., at #1 for another week after Jay-Z took it last week for his Alicia Keys collaboration, "Empire State of Mind," which they performed at MTV's Video Music Awards. That song drops down to #6 this week.

Lady Gaga continues at #2 this week with "Paparazzi." The "Fame" single is heating up at radio and had plenty of viewers who tuned into MTV talking about her blood-filled VMA's performance. Black Eyed Peas are at #3 this week with their former #1, "I Gotta Feeling."

Jason DeRulo moves up to his peak position of #4 with the J.R. Rotem-produced "Whatcha Say," which samples Imogen Heap's "Hide & Seek." Another newcomer, Jay Sean, is down to #5 with "Down," his collaboration with Lil' Wayne.

Drake is the only new entry on the chart this week with "Forever," which features Kanye West, Lil Wayne, and Eminem. The song lands at #7. At #8 are Jay-Z, Rihanna, and Kanye West with "Run This Town," Jay-Z's second entry from his "Blueprint 3" album in the Top 10.

Closing out the list are top 10 staples Kings of Leon and Taylor Swift. The band's hit "Use Somebody" is at #9 this week, while the country starlet is at #10 with her current #1 pop radio hit, "You Belong with Me."
