50 Cent Announces Ten-City Screening Tour Of "Before I Self Destruct"

Santa Monica, CA (CNS) - Rapper superstar 50 Cent has announced a ten-city screening tour of his directorial debut film "Before I Self Destruct," which is inspired by his upcoming studio album of the same name.

The film - written, directed, and starring 50 Cent - is described as a coming of age story about an inner city youth raised by a hardworking single mother. When his dream of becoming a basketball player fails after his mother is killed, he takes up a life of crime to support his younger brother.

Both album and film will be released November 23. And for a limited time, the album and movie package will include a second DVD featuring a documentary about 50's late mentor and friend, "Two Turntables and a Microphone: The Life and Death of Jam Master Jay."
