Corvallis, OR (AHN) - Despite a solid performance from UCLA quarterback Kevin Prince, the Bruins were unable to score when they needed to, allowing a scrambling Oregon State offense to close the gap and win 26-19.

Wideout James Rodgers stole the show for the Beavers, rushing for 112 yards on 24 attempts and nabbing seven receptions for 92 yards.

Rodgers even completed a touchdown pass to Brady Camp in a single wildcat play.

Oregon State quarterback Sean Canfield was stellar in completing 25-of-34 pass attempts for 305 yards.

The bulk of the Beavers points came off the kicking foot of Justin Kahut, who made 4-of-5 field goal attempts, a long of 48 yards.

For the Bruins, wide receiver Nelson Rosario went for 152 yards on six catches, including one touchdown on a 58-yard strike from Prince.

The Beavers travel to California on November 7th, to play the 6-2 Bears.

UCLA fell to 0-5 in PAC-10 play
