Wade Reaches 10,000-Point Milestone As Heat Scorch Bulls

Miami, FL (AHN) - Dwyane Wade hiked his career total to 10,005 after netting 25 points in the Miami Heat's 97-85 win over the Chicago Bulls Sunday at American Airlines Arena.

Udonis Haslem came off the bench and added 19 points and 11 boards, as the Heat improved to a 3-0 start on the season.

Mario Chalmers logged 11 points, while Michael Beasley finished with 10 points and 11 rebounds in the victory.

The Heat, coming off a win at Indiana Friday that snapped a 14-game loss at Conseco Fieldhouse, shot an overall 48.6 percent from the field.

Luol Deng led the way for the Bulls (1-2) with 26 points. John Salmons added 17 while Brad Miller and Joakim Noah scored 11 and 10, respectively in the setback.

Chicago finished with a 40.9 shooting clip in the tilt.

The Heat held a slim 49-48 edge at the break.
