Ozzy Osbourne Wants Johnny Depp To Play Him In A Film

London, England (CNS) - "Prince of Darkness" Ozzy Osbourne wants Johnny Depp to play him in a film. The Black Sabbath legend says he wants his newly released memoir, "I Am Ozzy," to be turned into a movie and the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star to star as him.

He told Now that he hopes the 46-year-old actor is the right person to take the lead role in the film, if ever it gets made.

"I Am Ozzy" details the 60-year-old rocker's journey from being born into a poor family into becoming the Godfather of Heavy Metal, where along the way, he encountered setbacks and difficulties, including his addiction to drugs and losing his best friend and writing partner Randy Rhoades in a tragic plane crash.

It was released on October 1.
