Santa Monica, CA (CNS) - Lady Gaga has made chart history, becoming the first artist to have four No. 1 hits from a debut album. Her "Paparazzi" follows her tracks "Just Dance," "Poker Face," and "LoveGame" to become the fourth chart-topper from her LP.

The songs come from her highly successful debut album "The Fame," released in August last year. It sold over four million copies worldwide.

The 23-year-old singer is set to release a re-packaged version of the album "The Fame Monster," which will be released November 23 and will contain eight new songs.

"Paparazzi" recently won Best Special Effects and Best Art Direction at the MTV Video Music Awards.
