New York, NY (AHN) - New York Knicks super guard Nate Robinson will miss up to two weeks with a severely sprained right ankle.

The team will get more x-rays to see if it's a fracture.

The 5'9 specimen is the Knicks spark-plug off the bench.

He left Madison Square Garden on crutches Saturday night.

Though the season is young, Robinson was struggling early averaging 8.7 points a game though he is shooting 28 just percent from the floor.

The Knicks are off to an 0-3 start and face New Orleans Tuesday night.

"Everybody has got to step up and have more energy and do something more than they usually do because Nate is important for us," said Knicks guard Danilo Gallinari.

Head coach Mike D'Antoni said rookie Toney Douglas will get the majority of Robinson's minutes.
