Ryan Seacrest's Alleged Stalker Pleads Not Guilty

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Ryan Seacrest's alleged stalker has pleaded not guilty. Chidi Uzomah Jr. has maintained his innocence to one count of felony stalking and two misdemeanor of violating a court order Tuesday.

Uzomah, 25, has been ordered to stay at least 500 yards away from the "American Idol" host. He was also given three years of probation and 15 days in jail after attacking a member of Seacrest's security team last month.

He pled guilty to assault, battery and carrying a knife after the said incident.

He was carrying a folding knife when he was arrested at the E! Entertainment lobby building last week. Security held him until the police arrived to arrest him.

Uzomah pled not guilty this time. He faces a maximum of four years in prison if convicted.

He is due to appear in court again on November 16.
