Federer, Cilic Win At Swiss Indoors, Blake Knocked Off

No. 1 seed Roger Federer and No. 4 Marin Cilic won in straight sets Wednesday at the ATP Davidoff Swiss Indoors Basel.

Federer's was a second-round match, while Cilic was a first-rounder.

Federer disposed of Andreas Seppi 6-3, 6-3.

Cilic toppled Philipp Petzschner 6-4, 6-4.

No. 7 Blake, meanwhile, fell to Jeremy Chardy 6-7, 7-6, 4-6.

In the day's other match, No. 5 Radek Stepanek recovered from a first set loss to defeat Florent Serra 3-6, 7-6, 7-6.
