AMA Adds Eminem And Lady Gaga In The Performers Line-Up

Topics: MusicLos Angeles, CA (CNS) - Eminem and Lady Gaga have been confirmed to perform at the upcoming 2009 American Music Awards, to be broadcast live from the Nokia Theater on November 22.

The duo join previously announced acts such as Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez, The Black Eyed Peas, and "American Idol" alums Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Daughtry, and Adam Lambert.
Additional performers and presenters will be announced at a later date.
AMA producer Larry Klein said, "We are excited to have Eminem and Lady Gaga on the show this year. You can never predict what surprises they have lined up, so these are sure to be unique and memorable performances."
Fans are encouraged to vote for their favorite artist nominated in the awards show. Nominees include Taylor Swift, Jamie Foxx, Beyonce, T.I., The Black Eyed Peas, Jason Mraz, Reba McEntire, Nickelback, and the late Michael Jackson.
