"Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan Releases Latest DVD On "Canine Misbehaviors"

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - "Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan is preparing to release his latest DVD in his best-selling "Mastering Leadership" series. "Canine Misbehaviors," the fifth "Mastering Leadership" release from Millan, offers solutions to the most common pooch problems.

"To determine the most important issues dog owners face, I ran a survey on my web site," said Millan. The five most common problems were aggression towards other dogs, barking at a specific stimulus, barking while the owner is away, overexcited or hyperactive behavior, and problems on the walk.

In the DVD, Millan offers solutions to some of the problems. For problems on the walk, he suggests making sure the owner is the first one out the door and the first one back in, also ensuring that the dog is either next or behind the walker, not in front. For barking while the owner is away, Millan suggests upon entering the home, to not touch or talk to pets instead of showering them with affection. That way, they see that being alone isn't such a big deal.

The DVD offers advice and solutions for all the problems, as well as a look at the ideal walk, tips for riding bike with your dog, and even introducing him or her to the treadmill.

Bonus features include tips on dogs' fear of loud noises, as well as exercising. The "Canine Misbehaviors" DVD can be purchased on Millan's website individually or as a part of a "Mastering Leadership" set.
