Santa Barbara, CA (CNS) - Randy Quaid and wife Evi are not in danger of extradition anymore after they posted bond for felony charges of skipping out on their hotel bill.

The Quaids skipped four voluntary court appearances in total, and the District Attorney's office was proceeding with their extradition from Texas to California.

But by posting bond, there is no longer an outstanding warrant for their arrest, People magazine reported.

Randy and Evi was arrested in Marfa Texas after bailing on a $10,000 hotel bill in California. They paid $20,000 bail each, but they were required to pay the same amount in California where the alleged incident took place.

They are due to be arraigned on December 15 on misdemeanor burglary, conspiracy, and defrauding an innkeeper.
