Former Porn Star Drags Sandra Bullock In Custody Battle Over Her Daughter With Jesse James

New York, NY (CNS) - Former porn star Janine Lindemulder is dragging Sandra Bullock into a media mess over the custody of her daughter with the "Miss Congeniality" star's husband Jesse James.

Lindemulder, who was once married to James, served six months in prison last year for tax evasion. She also admits to using drugs in the past, but claims she is now clean.

According to her, she sent 5-year-old daughter Sunny to live with the couple "temporarily" while she was in jail, but the duo went to court to keep the child in their care permanently.

Bullock apparently never responded to Lindemulder's attempts to communicate about her daughter.

She told "Inside Edition, "Sandra, yes, you're a wonderful movie star. But you're too damn cool to sit down and have a conversation in regards to this five-year-old child? Am I such a horrible person? that you can't even sit down? that's my gripe."

She further accused James of kicking her out of his house when she was eight months pregnant. She said he did not want their daughter to have his last name, and it was only after he married Bullock that he wanted anything to do with Sunny.

James' attorney Marilyn Slifman said in a statement to People magazine that their primary concern is for the safety of his daughter, adding that Bullock is not a party to the case.
