Atlanta, GA (AHN) - The Atlanta Thrashers allowed four goals in six games, not giving their goalies any margin for error.

With the help of Tobias Enstrom and Slava Kozlov, the Thrashers skimmed by the St. Louis Blues with a 3-2 shootout victory Sunday.

Ron Hainsey and Tobias Enstrom both took the game into overtime with their late third-period goals. Enstrom started the rally and Hainsey later scored on wrister that defeated Ty Conklin (38 saves) to tie the game 2-2.

Andy McDonald scored during the second period and David Perron added a power-play goal for the Blues, who dropped their fifth game in a row.

Goals are hard to come by for the Blues (5-6-4). They were knotted with the Nashville Predators with the fewest goals in the NHL (31) before the contest.

Rich Peverley broke up the tie in the shootout. Kozlov shot the puck from the right circle to help Atlanta snap a four game skid.

Johan Hedberg had 30 saves for Atlanta (7-6-1).
