Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Summit Entertainment has filed a lawsuit against a magazine company for allegedly publishing unauthorized photos of the "Twilight" film stars. The film studio is suing Beckett Media over their "Twilight Fanzine."

Summit, the producers of the Stephenie Meyer novel-based film, claims in a lawsuit it filed on Friday that Beckett is using the vampire romance movie's publicity photos for their magazine without permission.

It alleges it has sent Beckett a cease-and-desist letter, but the magazine company still released a second unauthorized magazine, TMZ reports.

Summit is seeking for unspecified amount of damages.

Meanwhile, the film's sequel, "The Twilight Saga: New Moon," is set to hit the big screen on November 20.
