Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt Design Snake-Themed Jewelry Collection For Asprey

New York, NY (CNS) - Angelina Jolie is known for wearing the best jewelry on the red carpet, but now she's helping design it, along with Brad Pitt. The A-list twosome are joining high-end jeweler Asprey for a new collection.

The new snake-themed accessories are called "The Protector," a new line of gold and silver trinkets featuring the diamond-studded serpent. The line also includes a silver baby spoon and diamond-encrusted pendants and rings.

The limited edition set were conceived and designed by Jolie and Pitt, which drew inspiration from a snake ring given to Jolie while pregnant with the couple's first child, Shiloh. The snake has since taken on a "Protector" symbol for the family.

The collection is set to hit Asprey's shops in New York, London, Dubai, Beverly Hills, and Tokyo later in the week. Prices start at $525 and all proceeds benefit the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict.

Jolie has worn Asprey in the past, but has not previously designed any jewelry. Pitt, however, has created pieces for Italian jeweler Damiani in the past.
