Topics: Lifestyle and ArtsLondon, UK (CNS) - In her latest newsletter on her blog "GOOP," Oscar winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow has compiled a list of meals from top chefs, food critics and restaurant owners that help nourish the inner aspects. Some of these culinary dishes that Paltrow has been recommending are gnocchi with rabbit ragu and pink loin of lamb.

The website GOOP by the "Iron Man" actress told of meals from around the world that nourish inner aspects such as grilled chicken in Asolo from Italy, quail eggs fried with shredded coconut and palm sugar in Chaing Mai from Thailand and grilled lamb chop and braised lamb shoulder in Oakland from U.S.A. As well as naming meals, she has a blog list that recommends restaurants all over the world.
Paltrow's website has been criticized, however, by Hindu statesman Rajan Zed who says that the blog is too materialistic and indulging in very mundane things that also only deals with temporal and external pleasures that cater to outer while claiming to nourish the inner aspect. Zed has offered to help Paltrow on her further involvement with nourishing the inner aspect.
The inner aspect comes from ancient Hindu scriptures Upanishads that say that finite things could not calm an infinite thirst because the delight lied in the infinite. It says how the hollowness could not be filled with outer materials and should aim to unite self described as sat-chit-anand (absolute existence, pure consciousness, outright bliss).
