The late actress' will has been made public earlier this week, revealing that she left the bulk of her millions to their son Redmond, and left hundreds of thousands of dollars to her nephew, father, and alleged ex-lover.
Ryan's name was noticeably absent from the will.
The 68-year-old actor, who had been with Fawcett since 1982 to 1997, said in a statement that his relationship with the actress was "based on a deep love and respect for one another and for our son Redmond."
He added that they both agreed how her financial affairs would be handled in the event of her death, saying Redmond would be the primary beneficiary of her estate.
Fawcett died on June 25 this year from anal cancer.
