The "Grey's Anatomy" star rounds out an already star-studded cast which also includes Stanley Tucci, Kristen Bell, Alan Cumming, and "Twilight" star Cam Gigandet.

"Burlesque" is the story of a young girl with a big voice, Ali (Aguilera), who joins a Los Angeles neo-burlesque club. Dane plays a businessman who offers to buy the club from it's former dancer owner Tess, played by Cher.
The film is from director/writer Steve Antin, brother of Robin Antin, who developed the originally neo-burlesque troupe the Pussycat Dolls. He also developed the two Dolls-related reality shows, "Girlicious" and "The Search for the Next Doll."
Filming for "Burlesque" already kicked off last week in Los Angeles. It's the first role for Aguilera in a film. The film hits theaters in 2010.
