Buffalo, NY (AHN) - The 'middling' Florida Panthers may have found a win to build on Wednesday, toppling the Buffalo Sabres 6-2.

The visitors poured it on with four goals in the final period to stun the Northeast Division leaders at HSBC Arena.

Four different Panthers scored in the final stanza: Cory Stillman, Michael Frolik, Rostislav Olesz and Dominic Moore as Florida moved within a game of .500 at 8-9-2.

Buffalo led just once, on Drew Stafford's sixth goal of the season with 5:37 left in the opening period.

The Sabres fell to 12-5-1 and apparently are not ready to run away with their division just yer.

Michael Frolik knotted it up at 1-1 with 1:39 left in the first period with his fifth tally.

Tomas Vokoun picked up the win in goal, turning aside 26 of 28 shots.

Ryan Miller crumbled in goal for the Sabres in the third, allowing the four goals on just seven shots.
