Rodriguez's agent, Mike Brown reportedly said that the embattled coach and Coleman met Monday regarding a university audit revealing the football program's failure to submit required logs on the player's time last season.
In a Detroit Free Press report, several anonymous players revealed violations of NCAA rules which included attending unofficial scrimmages.
The concerned players, who refused to be identified for fear of retaliatory actions by the coaching staff, added that they were required to work out more hours than the NCAA rules permit for the off-season.
Rodriquez denied the allegations.
Rodriquez, 46, came to Michigan on 2007 after a seven-season stint at West Virginia University.
