According to telegraph.co.uk, sources close to the singer claim she was wearing an intricate gold bracelet, coral and diamond ring, and white pendant earrings at an awards ceremony last week. The set was borrowed from the de Grisogono store in central London.
Her assistant handed the collection to a motorcycle courier from her home the next day to return to the shop. However, it was snatched from the bike when the courier stopped at a gas station.
The Metropolitan Police is now investigating the theft of two parcels, as the jewelry set had been accompanied by another package of paperwork belonging to someone else.
Walsh, who is set to turn 28 on the 20th, was at the Cosmopolitan magazine's "Woman's Woman" awards event on the evening of November 11.
