West Palm Beach, FL (AHN) - Former CNN host Lou Dobbs says he is not ruling out running for Senate or making a run for the White House in 2012.

Dobbs, 64, has been answering questions about his future since leaving CNN earlier in November after being pressured by network executives to alter his style of journalism and take a more middle-of-the-road approach.

Dobbs is known to be a big critic of President Barack Obama, and is strongly anti-immigration.

The 30-year veteran said if he decides to run for U.S. Senate it will be in New Jersey, where he is a resident, and if he decides to run for the White House it will be on a third-party ticket. Dobbs has not made a decision as of yet.
