Jimmy Buffett And The Zac Brown Band Unite For "CMT Crossroads" Special

Topics: MusicNashville, TN (CNS) - Veteran performer Jimmy Buffett will be sharing the stage with this year's breakout artist, the Zac Brown Band, in a new CMT Crossroads series. The "CMT Crossroads: Jimmy Buffett and Zac Brown Band" will be filmed before an invitation only audience next month in Nashville.

They join an elite group of artists who have filmed the series, which pairs country music stars with popular artists from other genres play together, swap stories, and share their common love of music.
The episode will premiere in March on CMT.
Buffett is a numerous CMA awards recipient and two-time Grammy nominee. He also was inducted into the prestigious Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame.
His new studio album, "Buffet Hotel," will be out on December 8.
Zac Brown Band are currently on tour with their "breaking Southern Ground" national tour. They are the second biggest selling artist of 2009, behind only Lady Gaga, with their platinum debut album "The Foundation."
