Manila, Philippines (AHN) - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Monday revoked the medical license of controversial Dr. Hayden Kho for secretly videotaping his sexual act with an actress.

The videotape was uploaded on the Internet by alleged friends of Kho exposing Katrina Halili, who then filed criminal charges against the doctor and sought the PRC's help in stripping him of his right to practice his profession.

Kho will appeal the decision, but he can no longer practice his profession pending the resolution of his appeal.

The actress also asked the Philippine Medical Association to punish Kho, who was suspended for two years.

Senator Ramon Revilla Jr. welcomed the PRC's decision describing it as justice for Halili and other victims of Kho.

Revilla also praised Halili for coming out in the open to file a complaint against Kho.
