Cleveland, OH (AHN) - Shaquille O'Neal is ready to play, but he'll miss one more game with his shoulder injury.

Cleveland Cavaliers head coach Mike Brown put O'Neal on the inactive list for Wednesday's game against Detroit.

O'Neal is coming back from an injured left shoulder and participated in Wednesday morning's shootaround.

He'll miss is sixth straight game and fellow center Zydrunas Ilgauskas is expected to make the start for the visiting Cavs.

It looks like O'Neal will be in the lineup for Friday's game.

The Cavs take on the Charlotte Bobcats Friday night and Coach Brown will revisit O'Neal's status after Friday morning's shootaround.

The Cavs are 4-1 without O'Neal in the lineup.

He has averaged 11 points and 7 rebounds a game this season, down from his career numbers though Shaq's minutes are also reduced.
